What is bateko dhoop?
In Nepali, “bateko” means twisted, and bateko dhoop is incense rolled into a rope rather than pressed onto a stick. Lit at one end, it smoulders gradually along its twists. Across Nepal it is burned at the start of prayers and rituals, and many families use it simply to give a room a warm, familiar scent.
Its use is cultural and devotional; the incense is not intended to treat anything.

Requests for return and exchange must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Jewelry/Accessories Orders: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and return the goods within 7 days.
Crystal Orders: Only items that have been misplaced or misdelivered can be returned immediately for an exchange. Crystals and healing stones cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
Returns must be made within a 7-day grace period from the date of receipt.
