About the symbol
The eyes represent wisdom and compassionate awareness. On stupas, a curl between them is often read as the Nepali number one, a symbol of unity. Please treat the design with respect.
The bowl is used to mark the start and end of meditation and to help attention settle. It is a practice tool, not a therapy.
Choosing a size
At 10cm, it sits between our 9cm small bowl with cushion and the 13cm Buddha eye bowl. Our singing bowl guide compares sizes and tones.
