About lava stone
Lava stone is volcanic basalt. Its colour ranges from charcoal to deep black, and the number and size of pores vary from bead to bead. Being porous, it is lighter than it looks.

Requests for return and exchange must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Jewelry/Accessories Orders: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and return the goods within 7 days.
Crystal Orders: Only items that have been misplaced or misdelivered can be returned immediately for an exchange. Crystals and healing stones cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
Returns must be made within a 7-day grace period from the date of receipt.
