About the piece
The horse is carved in a proud, upright pose, with detail around the mane, bridle and legs. Because the colour and gemstones are applied by hand, the finish has small variations that make the statue individual.
Across many cultures the horse stands for strength, grace and freedom. It is offered as an original, rare piece, which makes it a good choice for collectors as well as home decorators.
Styling
At 31cm long, the statue suits a console table, a wide bookshelf, a majlis side table or a reception area. It is also a striking gift for an equestrian friend or a new office. Our Nepali decor buyer’s guide explains how to spot genuine handwork. Placed near a window or lamp, the gemstone accents catch the light and draw the eye.
Care
Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from water and chemical sprays, and place it on a solid surface, as stone is heavy and can chip if it falls.
