About tingsha
In Tibetan Buddhist practice, tingsha are used to mark the beginning and end of meditation, prayers and rituals. Their bright, high chime cuts through background noise and then fades slowly, which many people find a natural cue to settle their attention.
Because each pair is made individually, the finish, weight and exact pitch differ slightly from set to set. The tone is a practice aid for focus and calm rather than a treatment of any kind.
How to use them

Requests for return and exchange must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Jewelry/Accessories Orders: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and return the goods within 7 days.
Crystal Orders: Only items that have been misplaced or misdelivered can be returned immediately for an exchange. Crystals and healing stones cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
Returns must be made within a 7-day grace period from the date of receipt.
