About pyrite
Pyrite is a naturally metallic mineral, an iron sulphide that forms in cubic crystals. Polished beads show slight differences in tone, from silvery brass to warm gold, and some have a fine texture where the crystal grains meet. For returns, all items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
Requests for return and exchange must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Jewelry/Accessories Orders: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and return the goods within 7 days.
Crystal Orders: Only items that have been misplaced or misdelivered can be returned immediately for an exchange. Crystals and healing stones cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
Returns must be made within a 7-day grace period from the date of receipt.
