Orders generally ship within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Free Shipment throughout UAE.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Alpine Crystals UAE, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully to understand our procedures and conditions.
1. Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any products. Refunds are not applicable for any reason.
2. Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed in the event of an incorrect product delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International exchanges are not available.
3. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:
For return and exchange to be considered, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in restock-able condition.
- For returns, all items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
- Requests for return and exchange must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Jewelry/Accessories Orders: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and return the goods within 7 days.
- Crystal Orders: Only items that have been misplaced or misdelivered can be returned immediately for an exchange. Crystals and healing stones cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
- Returns must be made within a 7-day grace period from the date of receipt.
4. Exchange Process:
Once we receive the return and confirm that it is in the same condition as when it was sent, we will issue an exchange for the merchandise’s price. Please note that this exchange will be subject to:
- Deduction of the cost of shipping.
5. Items Eligible for Exchange:
Item exchange is only allowed for the following categories:
Home decor.
- Jewelry.
- Accessories.
Strictly no exchanges are allowed for crystals and healing products.
6. Safe Returns Suggestions:
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Carefully pack the item using the original methods and materials.
- Include your name and contact information in the package for easy identification.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
- We recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of your purchase to protect against loss or damage. We will not issue exchanges for items received in damaged condition.
- The return package must reach us within 7 days from your receipt of the item.
