About this bowl
Each bowl is hammered by hand in the Himalayan foothills, so its weight, shape and tone vary slightly from the figures above. The 12cm size gives a clear, easy-to-produce sound, which makes it a good first bowl.
Singing bowls are used in meditation, yoga, prayer and mindful pauses, where the long, fading tone helps people focus their attention. They are a practice tool, not a medical treatment.
How to play

Care
Wipe the bowl with a soft, dry cloth after use to protect the golden finish, and store it on its cushion in a dry place.
