Pyrite, nicknamed “fool’s gold”, is a naturally metallic mineral whose surface can be smooth, granular or show tiny crystal faces. Panch Loha means “five metals”, and the combination has long been valued in Himalayan craft for its cultural meaning.

For returns, all items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
Requests for return and exchange must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Jewelry/Accessories Orders: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and return the goods within 7 days.
Crystal Orders: Only items that have been misplaced or misdelivered can be returned immediately for an exchange. Crystals and healing stones cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason.
Returns must be made within a 7-day grace period from the date of receipt.
